ABOUT THE POSITION
DeepSig Inc. is looking for a full-time Software Engineering Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia, for an immediate opening. In this role, the selected individual will lead our R&D team, while overseeing and driving team, product, and customer development.
This individual will be a strong technical leader, having extensive experience working in software development and the fields of wireless communications or signal processing. Previous experience working with open-source projects & communities is a big plus.
In addition, this individual should possess a holistic view of the market and relevant competition, and be able to direct our R&D team in the most optimal way to achieve superior value to the market. Finally, as a result of the high level of engagement that the role requires, the Engineering Manager should enjoy mentoring and training more junior members of the R&D team, creating a positive engineering culture that emphasizes critical thinking, innovation, and not being afraid to ask for help!
Travel expectations are light, mostly consisting of conferences and local customer visits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States by US citizenship or permanent residency. This position is located on-site with our team in Arlington, Virginia. We are not currently able to sponsor visa applications or support remote hires.
